Appointments

Thank you for connecting with At Ease Kinesiology. After you’ve made a booking online you’ll receive a confirmation email and another email with an intake form. You are asked to complete and return it via email at least a day before your session.

Your session will be confirmed again via email/text a day or two before your appointment. You can opt for email, phone call or SMS.

All sessions require full payment either before or at the end of your session.

If, for whatever reason, you need to withdraw or leave the session during our time, you will be expected to pay for that session unless otherwise given an exemption by your kinesiologist.

Any late arrivals will incur the full fee for the session and need to stick to the scheduled time.

We accept payments by cash or bank transfer (OSKO). Details of which will be provided.

Cancellations

After booking your appointment we understand that things change.

If you’d like to cancel or change the date or time of your appointment, At Ease Kinesiology ask that you give AT LEAST 24 HOURS notice so we can give the appointment to someone else.

If we are not given 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee will apply at 50% of your original session fee.

The full fee will be asked to be paid if cancellation occurs on the day of your appointment.
