Learn how to meditate or deepen your practice. With my background in traditional Tibetan Buddhist meditation, I have learnt from great Tibetan masters regarding the science of meditation. When you master your mind, you master your life! It puts you back in control of your life. You don’t need to do anything different from what you’re doing, you just have to understand it.
